This course is an introduction to the world of engineering as a creative endeavor that reshapes the world. This course will give students multiple perspectives on engineering, including historical, ethical, societal, commercial, legal, environmental, and interpersonal. The soul of engineering is invention and students will enjoy opportunities to express their creativity. Weekly meetings will feature presentations and hands-on activities led by the Dean and Vice Deans of engineering as well as other faculty from our campus.
